Why does my XBOX 360 time keep changing back, as well as date?

I set the time for my time zone and did the date. EVERY single time I go check the time during game play, it's not the time that I set it to. It time stamps all of my games incorrectly due to this as well; not the biggest issue for me but why is this all happening? Thank you.
