Trying to make a move on this girl I've been friends with for a while?

Ive never had problems dating girls, i get nervous now and then but for the most part im pretty smooth and straightforward. But theres this girl i been friends with for a long time and im starting to realize that i like her, cause she's different. I think she likes me too but im not sure, and while this usually isnt a problem, in this case it is cause i like to make impromptu moves and if she doesnt like me shits gonna get weird between us and i dont want us to grow apart? no this is not someone i always liked and got friend zoned by lol
