Ive hit a fitness block and cant get my motivation back up! Help!! :(?
So Ive worked hard and gotten great results, but Ive taken a2 weeks off and I cant seem to get back in it. I set myself up for success everyday, I make the schedule of what Ill eat the following day, what my work outs are, and what they're going to do for my goals. And once I put that dvd in, after Ive eaten the perfect breakfast, taken my supplements, I just cant seem to do it. I stare at the screen and I juts cannot get my drive back. I dont want to delay anymore and I dont want to unravel all the results Ive attained through months of hard work. PLEASE I need support, what should I do? What do you do?
