Skin acne problems! please help. NO SPAM?

i am almost 18 and am a white female. for the past few months i have been getting really bad breakouts. usually as long a i washed my face with my face scrub 2wice a day. ( st ives blackhead and blemish cleanser, a tough scrub with 2% salicylic acid) my skin would b fine. but now i am breaking out and washing it wont help. i think i have combo skin bc it gets oily and dry. if i dont moisturize it in the morning its too dry, but during the day its too oily so i wash it in the morning and at bed. ive tried creams and other washes too and they just dont work. i get them in my t zone, the worst on my forehead, than on the sides of my face near my nose and on my chin. what do i do? i dont want to stop waring makeup. what can i do. also i have a question with the [ills u take from ur doctor for good skin, prescribed. do they work? and wuld i b able to get them?
