What is the name of the video in which a young man gets baptized?

It's an inspirational video in which the story unravels with a young man who goes and visits his grandpa or dad and they go fishing. The grandpa/dad starts telling him about God and he gets mad. Then they go off the road and land inside the lake. The young man is able to swim to the surface and rescues his unconscious grandpa/dad but he ends up dying in the hospital. At the end, the young man appears to be underwater and when he comes out he is being baptized.
